In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and use the alus4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. alus4d enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under local law.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of alus4d, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the Platform or had an account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of alus4d services, you are required to create a registered account. The following terms apply to the registration process and the ongoing maintenance of your account:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification (KTP or passport), a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile number, and your date of birth. Any misrepresentation of personal information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. alus4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from a failure on your part to protect your login details. You must notify alus4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Account Currency

The default account currency is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Currency selection is made at registration and cannot be changed thereafter. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals will be denominated in IDR unless the Platform expressly offers an alternative.

alus4d is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. To that end, all Players must complete the KYC verification process before withdrawals are processed. KYC may also be triggered at any point during a Player's use of the Platform at alus4d's discretion.

4.1 Required Documents

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Age: A document confirming you are 21 years of age or older. This is typically satisfied by the identity document above.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to make deposits (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay).
• Source of Funds: In cases of high-value transactions, alus4d may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited.

4.2 Processing Time

KYC documents submitted during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically reviewed within 24 hours. alus4d reserves the right to extend this period where additional checks are required. Pending KYC verification will not prevent you from placing bets, but it will prevent withdrawals from being processed.

alus4d supports a range of local Indonesian deposit methods to ensure fast and convenient access to your betting account. The following terms apply to all deposits:

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

The following payment channels are currently supported for deposits:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

5.2 Processing Times

Deposits are typically credited to your alus4d account within 5 minutes of successful bank confirmation during normal banking hours. Deposits made outside of Indonesian banking hours (generally 06:00–22:00 WIB on weekdays) may experience delays of up to 60 minutes. alus4d is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. alus4d reserves the right to modify these limits without prior notice. Players should check the deposit page for current applicable limits.

5.4 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, alus4d reserves the right to void the deposit, suspend the account, and return funds to the originating payment source.

5.5 No Deposit Fees

alus4d does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which alus4d accepts no responsibility.

alus4d is committed to processing withdrawals efficiently. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests made on the Platform:

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) or e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) registered in the Player's verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times are as follows, subject to KYC verification being complete:

• Standard Members: 12–24 hours from request approval
• Silver VIP & above: 6–12 hours from request approval
• Gold VIP & above: 2–6 hours from request approval
• Platinum / Black Diamond VIP: 1–2 hours from request approval

6.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) KYC verification must be complete; (b) the account must not be under investigation for any suspected breach of these Terms; (c) any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully met; and (d) the withdrawal request must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed on the withdrawal page.

6.4 Right to Request Additional Verification

alus4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in the withdrawal being declined and the account reviewed for potential policy violations.

alus4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page (e.g., "30x wagering requirement").
• Until Wagering Requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. Real-money funds in the account may be withdrawn at any time subject to the withdrawal conditions in Clause 6.
• alus4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are offered in IDR amounts. Players must ensure they meet any minimum deposit threshold required to qualify for a bonus.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

alus4d employs fraud detection technology to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; deliberately placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds (bonus whoring or arbitrage); using automated software or bots. If bonus abuse is detected, alus4d may void all associated winnings, cancel the bonus, and suspend or terminate the account.

7.3 Seasonal and Event Promotions

alus4d may run special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and sporting fixtures, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), BRI Liga 1 season highlights, and major international tournaments. These promotions will have their own specific terms communicated clearly on the promotion page.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the alus4d Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately on the relevant product pages.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued to the Player. Bets placed verbally, by email, or by any method other than through the Platform's official betting interface are not valid.

8.2 Odds and Prices

All odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. alus4d reserves the right to correct any obviously erroneous odds (palpable errors) both before and after a bet has been accepted. Where a bet is placed at an erroneous price, alus4d may void the bet or settle it at the correct odds, notifying the Player accordingly.

8.3 Live Betting

Live in-play markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time based on match events. alus4d cannot guarantee the availability of any specific in-play market. Bets placed on in-play markets are final once accepted by the system.

8.4 Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Bets

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the bet to return a payout. If one or more selections are void, the accumulator is recalculated excluding the void selection(s). Minimum and maximum selection counts for mix parlay bets are displayed at the time of bet placement.

8.5 Togel (Numbers Lottery) Rules

alus4d offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets across various draw types. Draw times, prize structures, and settlement procedures for each togel market are published on the togel product page. All results are based on the official draw outcomes published by the relevant draw operator. Disputes regarding togel results must be raised within 24 hours of the draw.

8.6 Maximum Payout Limits

alus4d applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day, which vary by product category. These limits are published on the relevant product pages. Where a winning bet exceeds the maximum payout limit, the payout will be capped at the applicable limit and the excess will not be credited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the alus4d Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in referral to the relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, or facilitating the opening of accounts by ineligible persons.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any such gains will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting pricing differences between markets.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of alus4d.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward Platform staff or other Players.

All content on the alus4d Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, images, text, video, audio, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of alus4d or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of alus4d.

The alus4d name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of any alus4d trademark is prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.

alus4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance. alus4d will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by alus4d, subject to any overriding legal obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

alus4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the wellbeing of its Players seriously. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the length of individual betting sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications reminding you of the time and amount wagered during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (7 days to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform.

• Loss of funds due to system outages, server failures, or internet connectivity issues outside of alus4d's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Any inaccuracy or delay in the publication of odds, scores, or results.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
• Interruption to the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances constituting force majeure (including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, pandemics, or infrastructure failures).

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, alus4d's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

alus4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A Player being found to be under 21 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• At the request of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, alus4d reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account, including both real-money and Bonus Fund balances. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., account inactivity), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of KYC.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alus4d is incorporated and licensed to operate internationally. alus4d operates as an international platform and does not represent that its services are legal in all jurisdictions, including Indonesia.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. alus4d makes no representation that the content of this site is appropriate or legally available in any particular location. Access to or use of the Platform from jurisdictions where such access or use is illegal is strictly prohibited.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with the alus4d support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction.

alus4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, alus4d will publish a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For significant changes affecting Player rights or financial obligations, alus4d will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' prior notice via email to the address registered on the Player's account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the withdrawal of any outstanding balance subject to applicable terms.
